Metro Medical Supply, Inc. was founded in 1984 with the purpose of providing quality medical products to customers with special medical needs. What began as a small retail pharmacy in the heart of Nashville has grown into Tennessee’s largest privately owned pharmaceutical and medical supply company. Metro Medical divisions include: Retail, Pharmaceutical, Home Medical Equipment, a Dialysis Division, and the Wholesale Division. Our market position enables us to pass our discounts on to our customers. By applying our collective experience and knowledge, we are better able to assist our customers with their questions and medical needs.

It is our goal to provide the best value in healthcare equipment, supplies, and services to all our customers. Customer rights, responsibilities, dignity, and confidentiality are of the highest priority. We constantly provide our staff with continuing education to better serve our customers.

We are committed to a continued process of listening and responding to the needs of our customers and employees. We maintain high quality and professional standards. The quality of services is constantly monitored by our internal Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee. Customers are encouraged to clearly voice their opinion of services rendered.
